Main assignments:
Make the experience as simple and appealing as possible for end users, supporting the specificities for the local market;
collect and analyze usage data, testing various components of the user experience, understanding and assessing the expected behavior of end users;
work in close relationship with the whole Web, ecommerce and Digital channel to create attractive and highly-functional user interfaces for the customers, through the digital channels;
facilitate website optimization by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products;
design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces supporting the commercial priorities and local needs;
take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs;
collaborate wand provide inputs to global stakeholders, in order to improve the front-end experience as upstream as possible.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design;
a solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies and usability and accessibility requirements;
ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders;
experience in designing and implementing process flows, workflow management procedures, in a quality assurance/testing environment;
working knowledge of SYSML, UML and wireframe practices for use case definition Experience working with wireframing tools
