Responsibilities:
- Developing growth strategies and plans focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Having an in-depth knowledge of specifics, positioning, landscape of promoted products or services and be able to advise others about them
- In close collaboration with key stakeholders, build and adapt the product strategy based on research, analysis and market and industry conditions to achieve the Company’s business objectives.
- Product development, the formation of a go-to market strategy in conjunction with the marketing department
- Increasing client base, building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Researching new business opportunities and viable income streams - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
Requirements: - Higher education (preferably technical education)
- Proven working experience as business development manager or a relevant role
- Broad-based knowledge in B2B Information Technology, Information Security markets
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Excellent knowledge in field of Marketing, Sales, Product Management
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly creative and dynamic
- Demonstrated success defining and launching innovative and competitive products
- Ability to work in a team, non-conflict, adequate attitude to criticism
- Excellent presentational, written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Creation of commercial offers
- Definition of product positioning, develop pricing, licensing evolutions and upgrades
- English proficiency at Advanced level and above (only foreign customers)
