Responsibilities:
- Meetings and commercial negotiations with owners and HR directors of large companies
- Attending themed events and communication with customers / partners Compliance with the stages of working with clients in accordance with the regulations
- Execution of work plan (for calls and conversations, KPI)
- Search for potential customers
- Clarification of the needs of clients, implemented by the company, and the coordination of orders with the client in accordance with his needs
- Persuading and motivating customers to work with the company in accordance with approved programs
- Participation in the development and implementation of projects related to sales activities
- Maintain customer base
Requirements:
- Experience as a B2B sales manager !!!
