We are actively looking for an experienced and passionate Global Head of HRIS & Analytics - our analytical and digital guru, who will bring strategic value through analytical insights and continuous HR digitalization. Combination of strategic and operational leadership is a cornerstone of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement global HR analytics strategies to drive insights about Kaspersky employees and external target groups
- Lead the strategy (including external benchmarking, best practice and innovation), design, development, implementation, delivery and championing of HR data and reporting across company to support the delivery of global business and implementation of the HR strategy. Design and maintain robust suite of reports and dashboards to support HR team and Kaspersky business leaders with real time analytics.
- Be the HR data & reporting owner and work with the rest of the Global HR Team to maintain data and to ensure processes and procedures are lean, understood and followed across Kaspersky Lab
- See beyond the data to identify solutions that will raise the bar for all things people-related
- Partner with the Global HR Team on people projects to identify and clarify critical people issues, deeply understand our people processes, and analyze data to drive improvements
- Lead global HRIS project: further develop a strategy to bring our HRIS systems to the next level to meet workforce requirements and help drive innovative and customer-centric HR solutions. Identify opportunities for automation of transactional HR work to decrease its level dramatically.
Requirements:
- 6+ years progressive analytics experience including managing and inspiring cross functional teams to deliver high quality, compliant data & insights
- Track record of designing actionable people metrics and analytics to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to influence use of analytics across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and combining relevant information to generate insights from analyses
- Expert knowledge of major HR functions and strong experience connecting HR metrics to business results is very welcome
- Proven track record of launching/managing successful data products and/or advisory
- Expertise in statistical modeling, software and methodologies
- Good understanding of advanced visualization and analytical "story telling" to present data in a way that's truly insightful
- Intellectual curiosity, innovation, passion, speed and resilience in dealing with data
