Main accountabilities:
- Internal business warehouse maintenance - Stores Database (delivery addresses, clusters, formats, mappings). Ensuring high quality data. Building relationships between data in different systems. Business users support on related incidents.
- Routing process maintenance - engineering of daily routes for over 1000 users: data analysis, preparation and providing - on each step of the process. Communication and incident handling with involved agency, analysts and commercial team.
- Analyze requirements for reporting, data, structure of data. Identify needs for development, planning and implementation of new requirements
Critical competencies:
- Strong analytical skills and ability work in a team;
- System thinking, attention to details;
- Candidate should be result oriented, self-disciplined and able to work with big volume of information;
- Ability to understanding business priorities and stakeholders needs.
- Advanced technical skills (Excel, Access, SQL, Power Pivot, Power Query) is plus
