A Sales Manager with Swissotel Resort Sochi Kamelia will develop a Sales team and a Sales plan that maximizes revenue by driving the sale of Guest rooms with all segments and MICE venue.
What will I be doing?
As a Sales Manager, you will work with the Sales Department to maximize revenue opportunities through the sale of conference facility space and Guest rooms. A Sales Manager will be directly responsible for performing the following task to the highest standards:
- Maximize all MICE, corporate and leisure revenue opportunities
- Review sales and other revenue generating business plans, identify gaps, ensure proactive measures to fill hotel and conference space capacity, and meet set targets
- Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel S&M department
- Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market
- Ensure the Sales Team is developed effectively and embraces a culture of high quality standards and proactive selling
- Source new sales opportunities through qualification of leads
- Manage and respond to phone, email and web requests
- Ability to understand prospect needs and requirements
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to develop and share best practices
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to achieve set quotas
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
What are we looking for?
A Sales Manager serving Swissotel Resort Sochi Kamelia and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Previous proactive Sales experience within the 5* hotel sector
- Experience of managing & developing strong relationships with key clients in conference, leisure & MICE sectors
- Excellent knowledge of corporate and MICE sector in or outbound
- Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key business indicators and competitive trends
- Excellent selling capabilities and communication skills with passion and drive
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Be passionate about sales
