The Delivery Support Analyst is responsible for the delivery of quality administrative and support services, including but not limited to documentation management and ensure routing and approval of transactions in accordance with established guidelines and business processes. A key focus of the incumbent in this role is to deliver consistent results through strong customer focus and a commitment to service delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities:

Responsible to perform verification checks on all intake documentation using appropriate resources to ensure completeness and accuracy. Escalate the completed data to Processing Center for processing.

Support the Transaction Center Lead and partner with Processing team in the implementation of governance policies and procedures ensuring documentation management is in adherence with Mars established guidelines and business processes.

Work closely with the Processing team to escalate cases while projecting a professional customer service attitude.

Develop and maintains working knowledge of guidelines, business processes and systems.

Vendor management and continuous improvement of service quality by lead cross-segment transformational projects (such as “staff list review”, documents unification etc.).

Adjust HR Vendor to company standards through SLA introduction and monthly status meetings.

Close collaboration with internal related teams to support common processes (Pay roll, Car flit, Legal etc).

Keep the processes up-dated in line with business priorities, legislation and internal documents. Involve ross-segment and cross-functional alignment if needed.

Develop suppliers in owned areas: implement KPIs, improve reporting tools and collaboration.

Consult and point of escalation for legal cases.

Be aware of Country Law changes in the categories and keep the processes aligned with it.

Build cross-segment approach for HR administration through 1-2-1, common projects and unification of Providers.

Knowledge/Experience:

3 or more years of experience – previous experience in Legal department is an advantage.

Familiarity with HR systems, processes and practices.

Ability to navigate HR systems (i.e. CHRIS and iTMS).

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task and capable of establishing priorities.

Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
-
Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
-
Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner while managing high volume transactions.
