Responsibilities:
- organization of meetings with customers, negotiations, presentations; participation in conferences
- collection and analysis of competitors' activity
- preparation of commercial offers, contracts for the client
- promotion of the company's products and the development of long-term customer relations (B2B)
- attraction and retention of clients
- search for potential customers, monitoring the market of investment projects
-You will be working in close cooperation with a Senior Sales Engineer in placing J.D. Neuhaus products on the Russian- & CIS market. Goal is to develop own Sales and a distributor network and to develop and manage close relationships with them. The goal is a strategic, systematic Business Development and development of brand market recognition in close interaction with the German manufacturer.
Requirements:
- English on a good level is mandatory
- open personality, innovative, structured approach
- Sales affinity
- 70% Sales, 30% Engineer (technical knowledge only secondary important; mostly personality important)
- active life position, mobility, readiness for business trips;
- Focus on results and active independent work, flexibility of thinking, an analytical mindset, ability to work with objections;
Conditions:
- Work schedule: 9.00 - 18.00 (flexible start-up schedule is possible)
- Salary is discussed at the interview
- Registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
