Reporting line: International Business Development Director. Dotted line reporting: Food & Refreshment VP RUB
Key responsibilities:
- Be inspiring Pukka leader connecting as many people to the power of herbs across channels, customers and categories
- Lead Pukka brand & business development in the region aligned with Pukka mission
- Build and execute the in-countries growth strategy, sales and market plans
- Be the Pukka ambassador and inspiring face of Pukka with all in-country customers, forums and opinion makers
- Develop relationships and establish ways of working with new Pukka customers & distributors
- Create and deliver training concepts for particular customer groups on demand
- Drive in market execution and activations (trade support, POS, brand plans, PR, social & online) with support from Unilever colleagues, locally chosen partners, influencers and distributors to build and active herbal community
Experience:
- Sustainable track record of success across a range of functions (customer development, marketing, commercial P&L ownership) within FMCG sector or relevant industries
- Experience of developing & successfully delivering annual operating plans for revenue, profit, customer satisfaction
- Experience of developing medium/long term plans
- Experience of working with a purpose driven brand is an advantage
- Interest towards healthy lifestyle and power of herbs
