Location: Moscow
Job Output: Support the development of profitable sales by providing the relevant technical expertise to train and develop the sales organization. Implement systems and develop solutions to ensure that the customer has easy access to useful technical information on Company products
Responsibilities:
?Ensure sales organization fully trained on all aspects of the portfolio with particular emphasis on problem solving
?Train sales organization on new product introductions with emphasis on technical aspects of new product and features, functions and benefits
?Train new recruits on product and technical knowledge
?In conjunction with ASMs, formally assess skills knowledge of sales representatives being considered for promotional upgrade
?Provide hotline for sales and customer queries
?Carry out agreed fire and acoustic testing
?Keep up to date on latest local technical and product legislation
?Organize product certification in accordance with local regulations
?Carry out technical sales presentations to specifies and other professional specialists
?Provide expert support on major complaints as requested by the sales manager
?Ensure technical information is easily accessible to sales staff and market
?Log all technical and test information into one central database
?Produce internal communications to support: product launches, technical presentations, media campaigns, sales initiatives
?Develop technical communications for publication to the market
?Assist with technical translations of new product brochures
?Provide competitor comparison information on key competitive products to local sales organization
?Represent Armstrong in relevant professional bodies within the industry
?Split time spent in reactive activities/proactive activities to 50%/50%
Requirements:
—Higher education (preferably technical)
—Technical Sales management experience not less than 3 years (preferably in Western companies)
—Excellent communication & negotiation skills
—Flexibility/Adaptability
—Excellent presentation skills
—Analytical skills
—Ability to coach and manage sales team
—Customer focus
—Mature personality
—Fluent English
—Driver’s license
—PC skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
—High business ethical standards
