The Position
This position is for:
- Existing VTB Capital’s IT platforms for trading operations, real time informational feeds, which include QUIK, QORT, FIX infrastructure, Market data infrastructure.
- New developed and implemented it platforms and services, which oriented for trading and post-trading activities.
- Project support and participation in new products implementation, expanding system functionality and providing new services.
- Keeping responsibility for systems stability, availability and integrity, Business continuity, disaster Recovery.
- Keeping information security according to company rules and regulators requirements.
- Business processes optimization
Principal Responsibilities
Day to day accountabilities for the employee of the Application Support are:
- Control of the IT systems health, performance and functioning;
- Run and manage change management and projects activities.
- Incident resolution according to event criticality
- Changes implementation according to company procedures in critical environment
- Establishing effective communication between business and IT teams.
- Coordinate work of other team members.
- Provide management with status reports and service level reports.
In general, employee will work independently following to the instructions and procedures but in case of non-typical or complicated issues, some form of supervision may be required
Key Competencies & Qualifications
Required:
- Higher education
- Knowledge and experience in systems QUIK, QORT, Bloomberg, MOEX.
- 2+ years of experience at Application support position
- good knowledge in Financial Market domain
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of ITIL, change management, and security principles
- Ability to communicate on English
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Politeness, patience
- Ability to work in stress conditions
- Ability to work overtime
- Preferred:
- SQL development skills
- Scripting or programming skills
