General Description of Responsibilities
The Head of Banking Russia will be responsible for delivering sales and margin goals at the assigned territories presenting and selling company's portfolio (goods, software, services), working with the support of the distributors network that exists today, or the one that has to be developed for the best of our business. Also, the Head of Banking Russia is responsible for organization and effective management of distribution partners’ network including contractual relationships, trainings and joint marketing campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out a rational organization of Company`s sales products (goods, software, works, services), in terms accordance with orders and agreements concluded.
- Ensure department participation in the forecast preparation, future projects and current plans for sales products, conducting marketing research to study the demand for products, works and services of the Company, prospects for the development of sales markets.
- Take part in the preparation and conclusion of contracts for the supply of goods, work performance, services provision, agreements licensing, to coordinate the terms of contracts with the Company's customers.
- To participate in the sales compilation forecasts in order to ensure the availability of products in warehouses on time, according to the nomenclature, completeness and quality in accordance with orders and agreements concluded.
- Take measures to fulfill the plan of products sale (goods, software, works, services).
- Fulfillment monitoring of the Company's divisions orders, contractual obligations, stock status of products in warehouses.
- Take measures to ensure timely receipt of funds for products sold (goods, software, works, services).
- Participate in claims consideration for counterparties received by the Company and assist the legal department in the preparation of claims responses; ensure of orders and contracts accounting.
- Together with the sales director, control participation over the sales department provision, products and software monthly report sales plan.
- In coordination with the sales director, act on behalf of the structural unit and represent its interests in relations with other structural divisions of the Company.
- To give instructions and assignments to subordinates, on a range of issues that are part of its functional duties.
- Control the implementation of planned tasks and timely implementation of individual orders and tasks for sales staff.
- Engage in relations with departments of outside institutions and organizations to address operational issues of production activities within the purview of deputy sales director.
- Meet with General Director draft decisions and other officials related to the activities of the sales department.
- Maintain constant contact with existing customers, organize work with them according to well-established business schemes.
- Meet with customers, convince customers benefits proposal, propose draft agreements for discussion and approval, take part in the work on reconciliation of disputes, send agreements in accordance with the procedure established in the Company.
- Offer solutions for issues that have not been agreed during the negotiations after the completion of legally significant actions.
- Develop schemes of relationships with the most profitable and promising clients (offers special conditions of contracts, discount systems and individual services, accelerated terms and special conditions for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, etc.).
- Offer for Company's clients to participate in exhibitions, forums, presentations of new products (goods, works, services), organized by the Company.
- Ensure compliance of contracts concluded with customers when they are executed by the Company's divisions.
- Establish customer feedback (examine their product requirements (products, software, services and work), establish the reasons for client dissatisfaction with teamwork, analyze customer complaints and take all measures to resolve them and preserve business ties).
Candidate Essential Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Requires 10+ years of professional experience in field of sales in card industry and 5+ years of business management and leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skills.
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of the Company.
- Strategic planning abilities, conflict resolution skills.
- Knowing methods and procedure for developing forecasts, prospective and current plans for the sale of products (goods, works, and services).
- Knowing prospects of market development;
- Knowing all methods of studying demand for the Company's products;
- Knowing of methods and procedure for the development of standards for stocks of finished products;
- Knowing the procedure for approval and conclusion of contracts established by the Company, determining the need for loading and transport vehicles;
- Rules for registration of sales documentation;
- PC literacy (Microsoft office, Outlook and etc.).
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Knowing fundamentals of labor law, health and safety regulations.
- Preferable Requirements:
- e-Payment, POS/card market \ industry knowledge.
