Currently we are looking for active and dynamic Sales Representative to develop consumerl tires sales by means of expanding current dealer's network and proving best quality support to existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Make market research and analyze.
- Maintain and manage the customer database: fleets and dealers.
- Work with actual dealers and fleets: keep in touch, work with requests for products delivery, solve problems, support transactions and contracts, control finance terms of requests for products delivery, inform about actions and events, and offer company’s products. Develop new dealer’s accounts if it is needed.
- Participate in preparation of technical and advertisement materials, including materials about new products and sales conditions. Prepare presentations on product and deliver them to dealers and clients.
- Facilitate presentations to dealers and potential clients. Facilitate trainings about the product for dealers and potential clients.
- Develop the retail network (Pole Position ): search potential partners, clients and dealers, establishing contacts with potential new partners and dealers, develop new potential partners.
- Implement new retail support programs, key elements of Solution business.
- Responsible for delivering sales targets and achievement of set targets on assigned region.
- Monitor achievement of sales plans and personal targets. Monitor current dealers achievement of targets.
- Make plans for product sales based for assigned region based on plans, market conditions and actual sales.
- Regularly visiting dealer’s warehouse for detail inspection of available inventory for BS/FS brands.
- Responsible for timely financial data collection from customer to approve of the level of potential credit limit for the forthcoming supply season.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and sales plans.
- Work with documents, contracts, company’s electronic databases.
- Work with other Sales Representatives, departments and build relationships to meet the targets.
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and sales strategies for assigned region
Requirements:
- Experience from 1-3 years in the field of sales (preferably automotive industry, oil, lubricants, etc, but we are ready to consider candidates from other industries as well)
- Intermediate English
- Mobility for field work (70-80 %)
- Well understanding of tire's dealer's network and automotive market
- Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Result Focus
