Our Supply Chain practice is a leader in helping companies integrate business strategy with supply chain initiatives to drive operational excellence. Our deep industry experience encompasses new product development, inventory strategy and integrated demand planning, sourcing and commodity management, manufacturing footprint strategy and operations, distribution network and logistics optimization, and sustainability.
We employ programmatic approaches, leverage analytics capabilities, and offer managed services that can help improve top-line growth, lower costs, reduce response times and increase productivity. We lead our clients from design to "make it work" phase, nurturing close collaboration and trustful environment.
You will work in project teams of two to five consultants, usually on the client side. You will be engaged in new business development and knowledge management activities. As an integral member of the Deloitte Consulting team, you will have access to our broad range of market-leading services, propositions, assets, international training opportunities and knowledge base. You will leverage Deloitte’s global network and experience in providing and implementing innovative recommendations and solutions to your clients.
The role will involve:
- Being the eyes, ears, hands and brains of Deloitte on the client side during projects
- Studying industry practices and methods to add value to project deliverables
- Closely interacting with clients’ operational management, including interviews, brainstorming, trainings, and presentation of project results
- Running complex quantitative analysis and modeling of clients’ operations
- Taking an active part in the preparation of clients’ presentations and pre-sale activities
Requirements:
- Excellent university level degree with strong numerical skills
- Excellent skills in using spreadsheets and databases in an analytical environment
- Ability to work effectively on teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
- All candidates must have full travel mobility to serve national and international clients
- At least one year of experience in a project environment (consulting and/or industry) to apply as a Consultant
Additional desirable experience:
- Previous consulting experience
- Understanding of supply chain analytics methods and tools
- Knowledge of supply chain IT tools, including planning (e.g. SAP APO), network design (e.g. JDE Strategist, Llamasoft SC Guru) or simulation software (e.g. Anylogic, ARENA, WisSim)
