Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivers company’s inputs into Regional strategy, based on consumer/customer insights, company’s standards, policies and procedures;
- Co-develops Activity Plans of Local Activities for the Region of responsibility for each channel in line with strategic business objectives, portfolio strategy, channels and Shopper Marketing Behavior strategies, executes them aligning with all the commercial and production functions;
- Participates in Game/Activity Plans development for each channel in line with strategic business objectives, Dark Market rules, territory prioritization, channel/portfolio/brand strategies, Shopper Marketing Behavior strategies, executes them aligning with all the commercial and production functions within the area of responsibility;
- Demonstrates adherences to the process of Cycle Planning and other processes in part of development, implementation, evaluation and communication of regional plans, trade, customer and consumer local and National promotions on the assigned territory;
- Maximizes Regional and National activations efficiency in every channel via delivering regional inputs, alignment, consistent evaluation, learnings capturing and sharing;
- Plans and efficiently manages projects budgets in Division;
- Fulfills a set of KPIs and performance in accord with the approved budget, set volume/ value targets in the area of responsibility;
- Develops, plans and coordinates execution of Ad Hoc city specific Activity to achieve short term specific targets;
- Supply sales team with effective tools (sales presentors, planogrammes, selling stories, POSM, equipment);
- Implements the process of planograming for the area of responsibility (development, approval, production, distribution);
- Communicates with Adv agencies, arranging tenders in terms of Procurement Policy;
- Provides regular communication between Marketing, Channels and Regional Sales Team, delivering to the Sales Company’s standards, approaches and plans (PicOS, Consumers’ Behavior, FA approach, NPD info, delisting status);
- Conducts regular field audits in order to monitor activities execution\market situation providing constructive feedback to sales team, takes part in corrective steps development;
- Provides the control for POSM orders and deliveries, providing necessary docs and reports;
- Communicates with business partners (distributors, Adv agencies) within the area of responsibility on a regular basis.
Competency Requirements:
- 1+ year work experience in Marketing or Trade-marketing;
- Experience in Sales and Distribution is a plus;
- Outstanding internal, external communication skills;
- Initiative, team player;
- High education degree;
- English (Pre-intermediate);
- Above average computer skills;
- Valid driving license (category B).
