The key responsibilities
- Manages execution of the day-to-day sales operations for Export Sales team (out of CIS), including tendering, sales (calls, emails), planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of business goals and initiatives in CRM
- Leading key projects as well as end customers as assigned by the Export Sales Director in different geographies, acting as a account leader
- Proactively generate new business opportunities in the foreign markets by searching new potential projects, cooperation with fa?ade companies, architects.
- Animate multi department tender preparation: i) Production ii) Technical & Certification iii) Sales iv) Legal & Finance and consolidate technical, financial and sales data
- Develop and implement an appropriate project schedule that will ensure all customer expectations are met. Monitors and communicates the status of the project throughout its lifecycle to all key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Fluent English will be your strong advantage, Spanish and Chinese - nice to have.
- You will have been owning min $1M$ sales budget annually.
- You will have been successful in conceptual sales or solutions sales
- To be successful you will relate to internal and external clients at all levels, and to communicate both on a technical and non-technical basis in English.
- Excellent initiative, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are expected.
- Preferred experience includes a 5-year technical university degree with a MBA as a plus and a minimum of 3 years of direct export sales experience
- Demonstrated achievement of sales goals in previous work environments is required.
- You will be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, develop relationships, identify and solve problems, and drive extraordinary results.
- Independent, self-driven and passionate about sales
Compensation
- 100 000 – 150 000 rubs + quarterly and annual bonus, social package
