L'Oreal Russia is currently looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be a part of Talent Acquisition team headed by Director of Talent Acquisition responsible for targeting, screening and assessing best talents. We are looking for proactive and positive person with a strong personality, stress resistance and ability to be flexible and able to work in multitasking environment.
Responsibilities:
- 360 degree responsibility for Talent Acquisition within asigned positions (Identify and head-hunt the best talents in adherence with L’Or?al's values and ethics, conduct interviews, cooperation with internal clients) within Common Services and all 4 L'Oreal businesses in Russia
- Functional responsibility - general services (operations, finance, legal, hr, etc.) and sales, but not only: medical, training/education, digital/e-commerce
- Implement various sourcing solutions, with a preference for digital
- Implement selection processes according to L’Or?al principals and conduct interviews
- Supply the recruitment base with CVs according to needs and update it with the aim of identifying talents
- Participate in the definition of requirements and drafting of profiles together with hiring managers
- Develop a high-quality candidate experience: monitor target candidates, inform candidates regularly on progress
- Carry out the FIT integration process for new associates
- Complete recruitment reports (KPIs), analyze them, and make suggestions for improvements
- Develop and promote L’Or?al's employer brand (EVP) by representing the company at events
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (recruitment agency or executive search firm preferable)
- Strong sourcing skills (online social networking, job boards, community involvement, professional networking, etc.)
- Ability to assess candidate’s qualifications through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency based evaluations
- English – Upper-intermediate
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
