TPA/AXIS French recrutment agency is currently looking for Commercial Manager for European company offering fully integrated welding and fabrication solutions for Offshore and Onshore projects (oil&gas).
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and propose the area marketing and media plans (Business Plan). Manage the business plan;
- Supervise and coordinate the area marketing activities to ensure full marketing coverage of the company’s capabilities is being pursued correctly in the area;
- Responsible for the implementation and the maintenance of the area marketing database based on client contact;
- Liaise with the regional estimating Manager to prepare the bids based on customer needs and ensure consistency;
- Liaise with legal department to establish the contract, and any terms and conditions;
- Liaise with the Group Assets Manager to ensure resources availability;
- Define the strategy to win contracts;
- Prepare the commercial proposal and lead all aspects of the sales process;
- Follow and implement in the area the EMEA-CIS and Corporate Procedures/Guidelines related to his function;
- Maintain and Develop customers Portfolio in the Area;
- Maintain and Develop the Agent or commercial networks;
- Establish contacts with potential clients and liaise with current clients in order to further expand the activities of the company and define the customer needs. Acquire new customers from assigned geography;
- Report customer Feedbacks;
- Implement and maintain the area Bid Data Base and the Bid Status;
- Negotiate and finalize the contract with the support of the legal & technical departments;
- Responsible to handover the Contract/Bid/commercial proposal to the project team;
Required skills and qualifications
- BA Degree or equivalent;
- Knowledge of the pipeline welding, contractors or engineering industries;
- Minimum 10 years experience in welding industry;
- Fluent English;
- Good Interpersonal and Analytical Skills;
- Commercial and Contract negotiation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships;
- Strong HSE leadership;
