Deloitte is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join the CTS Group within the ICS department at the Moscow office.

The role will include:
- Provide 1st level support to internal clients by phone, written request, or physical interaction;
- Install and configure computers and other equipment both hardware and software parts;
- Develop end-user documentation such as user guides, policies and procedures, training materials, etc;
- Assist other team members, knowledge sharing, team player;
- Provide stock and inventory management in line with ITSM model and internal Deloitte rules;
- End user training: preparation of materials, courses handling, feedback collection.
- Organize administrative function of network facilities.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software Win 8,10 as mandatory requirement;
- Practical knowledge of installation and maintenance of computers;
- Written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English;
- Working experience in IT area is a plus
- User-friendly, polite, patient; Able to explain technology in simple, understandable way;
- Ready to work under pressure\overtime (seldom);
- Ready to learn and share the knowledge;
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
