Long Haul BUSINESS DEVELOPER should have:
a) higher professional education (education in "Service and Tourism" is an advantage);

THE DUTIES of Long Haul BUSINESS DEVELOPER:
- Prospect & recruit new agencies for Indirect business
- Develop the LH business and build strong relationships with new accounts / agencies identified within the segmentation strategy , develop our image as a reliable and upmarket TO- specialist in LH destinations
- Develop and animate the business , the performance & the loyalty of the new agencies in line with the key sales priorities and upmarket strategy .
- Manage commercial and contractual relations with new agencies with
- Reporting
B. Prospect new clients:
- Identify appropriate clients based on a relevant segmentation strategy
- Manage the portfolio of customers and proposals through software
- Maintaining a database of customers
- Take prospects and clients on the village site inspection when needed
- Product trainings
C. Manage commercial and contractual relations with clients:
- Elaborate contracts according to local laws and sales conditions
- Negotiate commission levels with agents
- Participation and holding of exhibitions
- Maintenance groups during the trips
- Ensure the full payment of clients with the financial department
- Alert the Indirect and Transport Director in case of problem
D. Be responsible for indirect BV in LH destinations
- Be co- responsible with for collecting information on competitors , the general industry market
LH BUSINESS DEVELOPER should have the following competencies:
