Mission:
- Lead IT projects, IT policies and procedures implementation and local IT support team for CIS region in line with business requirements and in compliance with Schneider Electric standards and practices
Areas of job responsibility:
- Manage IT infrastructure & end user IT services including planning and execution per the deadlines and budget
- Be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of IT projects for the scope of IT infrastructure & end user IT services and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to defined quality standards and meet agreed user specifications and expectations, and in accordance with Global IT Project Management guidelines
- Develop project plans and budgets, conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plan against project milestones and budgets
- Interact with number of international global teams (deployment, delivery, support, PMO etc)
- Provide regular reporting on projects and other IT activities
- Provide transparent and continuous information to key interfaces and reporting lines for control, decision making and follow up
- Contribute to the business planning process so that future IT opportunities and challenges are considered and that IT strategy is aligned with other business strategies
- Control spending in line with the budget
- Focus on IT infrastructure, end user IT services and local IT support incl. Service Desk and On-site Support Services
- Coordinate relationship with 3rd party suppliers for IT infrastructure & end user IT services scope, control execution, timelines, budget
- Manage 3rd party supplier’s relationships
- Be SPOC for business to address needs to 3rd party suppliers for IT infrastructure & end user IT services scope
- Plan, design, regularly update and execute (in case of emergency case) disaster recovery plans
- Lead local on-site IT support team (10+ people) by improving job satisfaction, staff retention and engagement, continuous learning and promoting a culture of service excellence in line with Company values
- Set individual and team targets and measure attainment
- Manage the team workflow and priorities and distribute the tasks
- Assist in hiring additional team members and be responsible for onboarding them
- Continuously monitor and improve service level of on-site IT support team as well as manage and improve the SLA with 3rd party suppliers for IT infrastructure & end user IT services scope
- Lead local IT project management team by improving job satisfaction, staff retention and engagement, continuous learning and promoting a culture of service excellence in line with Company values
- Set individual and team targets and measure attainment
- Manage the team workflow and priorities and distribute the tasks
- Assist in hiring additional team members and be responsible for onboarding them
- Design and conduct end user mass trainings, communication and presentations in the scope of responsibilities
Education & Experience Preferred:
- English (fluent)
- Higher Education
- Presentation skills
- MS Office advanced user
- Strong IT infrastructure skills and knowledge
- Strong knowledge and experience in IT support models design and execution
- Combination of IT & business approach
- Strong project management skills & experience
- Min 3 years of team management experience (3+ people)
- Vendor/Supplier management experience
