Based at our Moscow office, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer oriented engineer to join our aftersales service team, gaining broad experience across various aspects of service and it`s transformation.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical support & consultancies provision for the all types of customers, service partners and broker based on technical documentation in SAP on a regular basis
2. Knowledge-base creation and fillfilment, HQ technical documentation translation
3. Active participation into service digitization & transformation
4. Online and Offline Trainings/Onboarding preparation and execution for the new partners
5. Most frequent products quality problems investigation, documentation and proper communication with HQ Quality Department
6. Responsible for the service partners qualification and new service partner technical capability evaluation and improvement
Requirements:
1. 5+ years or above in sanitary business, plumbing, cooling/heating systems technical support experience.
2. Intermediate English for daily communication, email, reporting.
3. Strong self-motivation, positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility, preferably adequate perfectionist, passionate and ambitious for service excellence, customer centric
4. Strong executive ability, able to carry out related tasks, ability to work with complaints
5. Strong analytical skills, logical thinking,
6. Region & international business trip can be accepted
7. Proficient in using PC, Excel
