Our client is an international transport and logistics company - 3PL.
We are looking for a professional who is willing to relocate to Kaliningrad from different part of Russia.
Mission: Sales development of company's logistics services all over the Russia.
Functions:
- Negotiating and attraction of a new clients.
- Building effective partnerships with related logistics units.
- Full clients' management and control.
- Development and implementation of a sales plan.
- Market and competitors monitoring and analysis.
- Developing a strategy to attract new customers. Analysis of its effectiveness.
- Resolution of conflict and disputes as a "client manager".
- Selection and development (conducting workshops for negotiations, cold calls, monitoring and auditing, with the provision of feedback, for cold calls and negotiations) of the department staff. Development of the KPI system and control of its implementation. Motivation calculation.
- Conducting an analysis of the effectiveness of the structure and methods of work of the sales areas within the company. Development of efficiency measures.
- Participation in retreats, exhibitions, etc. in order to attract new customers and track current trends in business development.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position, experience active sales of 3 years.
- Higher professional, preferably "Management".
- English- Upper Intermediate.
- Knowledge of the laws governing international road transport, the responsibility of the carrier, freight forwarder, customer.
- Knowledge of the basics of strategic planning.
- Budget management, operational sales plans.
- Experience in the development and improvement of CRM systems in the enterprise (automation of the sales process).
- Knowledge of the basic principles of financial planning.
- The skill of developing commercial conditions and agreements, presentations.
- Excellent communication skills. Team leader and player.
