You will be responsible for:
- Daily control and checking claims in the warranty system
- Monthly warranty claims verification and approval results based on Authorized Service Facility’s KPI.
- Communication with service partners about the warranty support
- Preparation of monthly reporting.
- Quality Issues reports for Canon Europe.
- Warranty costs accruals and budgeting
- Participation in Authorized Service Facility's audits

Requirements:
- Higher or secondary education

- MS Excel Proficiency
