The new role of the mass-market team will require talent that can influence the development of e-commerce through digital trade-marketing tools.
We are looking for a professional with a background in e-commerce or performance marketing who is ready to lead the cross-functional team and merge offline and online strategies of our brands: L’Or?al Paris, Garnier, NYX and Maybelline.
Main objectives for the role:
- Trade Marketing Strategy development in e-commerce, and implementation and management for pure players and OMNI chains
- Development, execution, and analysis of pure players annual activation plan (In collaboration with eKAMs)
- Pure Players trade marketing budget management and optimization for higher ROI
- To create and update annual launch details for new product launches for sales
- Market & competition monitoring, analysis, and recommendations development
- To initiate and be a connection between the marketing department and sales for special projects development, execution, and analysis
- Negotiating and collecting all necessary digital performance data for activation efficiency analysis from pure players
- To communicate, negotiate and execute all BTL and ATL activities with pure players
- To mentor, OMNI chains Chanel Activation Managers in e-commerce activation plan development
- To initiate and lead TEST & LEARN projects for pure players
- To develop content guidelines for Pure players
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of performance digital marketing
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics (or equivalent)
- High level of collaboration between internal teams and clients
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platform tools & mechanics and their efficiency
- Deep understanding of data exchange tools for performance marketing
- Deep knowledge of MyTarget, Double Click solutions, and media instruments
- Understanding of commerce & e-commerce (basics, principals, processes of e-shops)
- Understanding of internet shopper purchase path
- SEO basics
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
- MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
