Responsibilities:
- Advanced Analytics and Predictive Modelling
- Attribution modeling (PATHFINDER) – calculations setup, analysis and summary, preparation of technical requests on data processing for other Publicis Media teams;
- Classification of data (k-means cluster analysis, hierarchical Clustering/dendrograms);
- Clients data modeling – sales/brand KPIs vs advertising budgets (simple linear regression, multiple regression; logit models; moving average; checking the significance levels);
- Share and reapply – collect and summarize all available MTA modelling experience from other markets, sharing our experience internally and with Publicis Media in other countries;
- Digital Scheduling strengthening
- Digital Tactical Plans Optimization – processing plans in TARDIIS, finding the most cost effective solution, implementing Quality factors;
- Provide expertise in Advertising Campaigns Reach calculation – multi-media reach based on Probability formula or other approaches;
- Scheduling Benchmarks database maintenance (In-Demo composition, TNS Fit for 100+cities, CTRs, Conversions, etc);
- Buying calculators (Display, Social) development and Support;
- TARDIIS general support – trainings for schedulers, manuals preparation, communication with global TARDIIS developers about new features;
- Digital analytics & research
- Tactical ad hoc studies (OMI, YT, vendors)/Brand Lift Surveys/Advertising Effectiveness studies – questionnaires, data processing in SPSS/Statistica or Excel, report preparation, contacting suppliers (OMI, Tiburon, etc);
- Google Analytics basic reports;
- Audience measurements requests:
- Audience reports (web-sites rankings, in-demo composition) from TNS software by request of schedulers and clients;
- In-demo composition check from other vendors;
- Data extraction from different industrial tools;
- Other Tools
- Take part in Publicis Media group new tools development and testing (i.e. Pace Panel, POEM, etc);
Requierments:
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics: probability theory, different types of regressions, k-means cluster analysis;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point – pivot tables, formulas, graphs;
- Ability to work in statistical packages – SPSS, Statistical or others;
- Average knowledge of English;
