Online Brand Manager will be in charge of E-commerce Sales growth strategy and execution of Garnier Brand. Manage e-commerce Sell-out and e-Commerce share of sales. Control the integration of Ecommerce clients in execution of digital marketing activities, such as Always on and IMC campaigns. Strongly cooperate with KAMs and Trade Managers (focus on eKams and eTrade).
E-merchandising / e-content
- Manage ecom assortment (package, lots, unique products, boxes) on Pure Players and eRetailers
- Lead and manage the PIM\DAM OPERA project inside Marketing Team
- Responsible for product content distribution to clients, sales team and trade through product assets platform Opera
- Execute Golden Rules standards content for eRetailers and Pure Players (Product visuals, Brand Zones, SEO optimized descriptions, A+ content, special content projects)
- Analyze R&R on client's sites, collect the data and provide learnings and recommendations for Product Managers
E-commerce part of IMC campaigns:
- In charge of Pure Players or eRetailers integration into Integrated Marketing Campaign through constant cross functional cooperation with Marketing and eSales team
- Develop selling stories for clients
- Analyze post-campaign performance and provide valuable recommendations and actions.
Performance marketing:
- Use onsite and offsite performance tools to drive eCommerce sales. Coop Advertising or Pure Media with performance focus (CPA, Retargeting).
- Cooperation with eTrade Marketing manager in order to align on promo, Big Ecommerce events and
- Paid search campaigns development together with Digital Manager (Keywords, Priority SKU's, landings page definition)
KPIs:
- E-commerce share of sales (weight in total CA)
- Sell-out of total brand and each category
- Content distribution and fulfillment (On time, 100% fit to requirements)
- Share of shelf of key Pillars
- R&R quantity and quality on key products on Retailers Sites
Reporting line: this position reports to Brand Business Leader Garnier (GBM), Digital Manager Garnier
Requirements:
- New digital trends obsessed
- Know how to work with e-retailes and understands the principles of e-merchandising
- Perfection taste in content, has experience in help content production
- Commercial mindset & experience
- E-com trade marketing/ E-com launch/development experience
