Duties and Responsibilities:
Capability Building:
- Participate gap analysis with Business and HR BP’s & input to the development of functional capability building priorities;
- Operate as the local “go-to” person on capability building related topics;
- Create functional capability building plans;
- Lead capability deployment within related functions and coordinate with functional teams and HR BP’s to deliver best practice & best fit activities;
- Search and update business and HR people on best practices and initiate the fitting ones;
- Analyze effectiveness of functional capability building processes and making relevant updates;
- Creates tools, templates to ease management of the process;
- Create credibility and trust in the organization with proactivity and expertise;
- Promote capability activities in a structured way and get buy-in from business;
- Manage budgeting processes costs of Support capabilities including assessment costs.
Assessment:
- Work on development of required functional profiles;
- Support functional Assessment (360, potential) activities;
- Accumulate and analyze assessment results (company level) for functional profiles.
Competency Requirements:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business or related field;
- Ability and experience to create short and long term strategies tied to specific business needs;
- Project management skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and/or projects;
- Analytical and problem solving capability;
- At least 3 years demonstrated experience in HR, in creating and implementing organization development strategies;
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the impact of training, leadership and performance on overall corporate performance;
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, changing environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to support, communicate and work with team members and employees at all levels of the organization;
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and demonstrated ability to present effectively to Senior Leadership;
- Proven ability to establish credibility with business leaders;
- Skilled in using/implementing technology (e.g. performance management solutions and e-learning);
- Passion and drive to succeed and achieve strong results.
