Working in METRO means to build a career in an international company with a 50-year history of success. Responsibility:
- In alignment with B2B field force team create and implement actions that are geared to ensure the implementation of METRO’s FASOL strategy (the profitability level of Fasol shops, share of Metro wallet in the franchise shops, obligations fulfillment etc.).
- Tactical and operational steering of the FASOL Partner Managers, providing functional leadership and advice. FASOL Partner Managers are working in fields being responsible for sales targets of franchise shops.
- Monitor the FASOL Partner Managers’ performance against targets, inform B2B field force and come up in time with actions/solutions.
- Help introducing new services/articles/own brands and categories to the franchise partners.
- Support Commercial Division in developing assortments/categories and sales tools that perfectly fit the FASOL-partners’ needs to enhance METRO‘s value proposition.
- Utilize analytics tools and work with the FASOL analytics team in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance, B2B sell in etc
- Support analytics and forecasts.
- Monitor market and competition for new trends, ideas and opportunities; support METRO Commercial Division in making the FASOL business a competitive, advantageous offer
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Min. 5 years of experience in franchising business (with expertise in developing sales of existing franchising partners) or food retail management (responsibility for a cluster of near-to-home format shops)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- English – Upper-Intermediate level (verbal and written)
