Role: To provide administrative support to the office.
Office hours: 40-hour work week.
8:45am – 5:45pm / 9.00am – 6.00pm / 10:00am – 7:00pm / 11:00am – 8:00pm with 1 hour for lunch (4 secretaries on reception desk).
Job responsibilities:
- Visitors greeting;
- Receiving and processing phone calls;
- Booking rooms and conference facilities;
- Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post;
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
- Copying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues;
- Order of stationery;
- Coordination of corporate mobile communication;
- Order and coordination of taxis;
- Coordination of office drivers;
- Order passes;
- Parking coordination.
Requirements:
- Graduate or last-year university student with ability to work full-time;
- Fluent written and oral English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office software;
- Pleasing Personality;
- Good communication skills including excellent telephone manner;
- Attention to detail;
- Team oriented.
