KEY DUTIES:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing reception area
- Answering the switchboard and redirecting all calls
- Distribution of post incoming and outgoing (including sending and receiving couriers, etc.)
- Arranging business trips of Moscow team members (hotel booking, tickets, taxi, etc., including documentation)
- Submitting business trips reports to HR Department on a monthly basis
- Coordination of couriers of the company
- Upon instructions of management take necessary actions in order to prepare invitation letters for visa applications
- Administrative tasks as assigned by the HR & Finance Departments
- Translation of non-technical documentation
- Organizing team building events for Moscow team
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good command of English & Russian
- Administrative skills
- Ability to be diplomatic at all times
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to express ideas and opinions clearly
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Higher education
- Advanced PC user (MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express)
- Familiar with office equipment (fax, xerox, scanner, etc.)
- Previous experience working in similar role (1+ years) would be advantageous
- Previous experience with 1C system would be advantageous
