Supremia International Plc is an international company who design and source premium products for promotional purposes on a global basis established in 1981.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• To help maximize the contribution of the customers’ accounts to Supremia in line with annual business plans, through competitive quotations and effective cost management of product lines allocated to Supremia.
• To manage the day to day activities on the accounts, including sourcing of new ideas, product design and development, cost estimations, quotations, sampling, order management and QC compliance.
§ Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with client; Maintain Project tracker database;
• Must be prepared to perform to pre agreed sales target – Turnover & margin
• An ability to give presentations to Clients
• Preparation of tender documentation and proposals
• Communicate with subcontractors and manufacturers
• Monitoring of the industry and competitors activity, new products, new suppliers
• Identify and develop new clients (new business opportunities) in conjunction with general manager
• Attend meetings with the client at their offices as required.
§ Resolve customer’s complaints in an effective and respectful way;
§ Create reports for upper management;
§ Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
§ Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
§ Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner and full;
§ Safety and legal compliance assurance: risk assessment of new items, creating list of compliance documents required for each item and mandatory/optional laboratory testing, legal requirements to labeling and packaging, etc;
§ Maintaining database of all certificates and declarations, informing Production manager about expirations dates;
§ Creating Product specifications, including detailed Bill of materials. Keep existing Specification up-to-date;
§ Creating inspection report of each shipment.
Skills:
• Product development knowledge (within the premiums industry is an advantage)
• Ambitious person who would like to develop their career with the company
• Must be numerate and able to create pricing proposals to clients
• Experienced as an account manager, project manager or similar position (at least 3 years) in premiums/advertising agencies or marketing department
• Dedicated, positive, enthusiastic individual with an ability to work under pressure is essential, results orientated
• Clear (oral and written) communication skills and attention to detail is vital
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise all forms of administration.
• Must be able to plan, organise and prioritise their individual workload.
• Ensure that all Quality Control standards are adhered to.
• IT Literate – Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
• Good written and spoken English
• Must be a team player
