Position Objective:
- The main objective of Account manager is to manage customers of LeasePlan Russia (LPRU).
- To increase volume of LPRU cars in customers fleet
- To sell additional products
- To control quality of services
- To control clients satisfaction
Primary Responsibilities:
- To manage customer relations
- Coordinate business relations with clients in his portfolio on day-to-day basis.
- To increase volume of LPRU cars in customers fleet
- To organize regular meetings with customers in order to create a long term and stable relationship (client retention) by means of regular car-fleet renewal on the basis of customer credit approval.
- To monitor regular and continuous update of the database of clients in LPRU CRM system in accordance with the valid instructions and requirements
- To communicate with other company departments in order to satisfy the needs and requirements of the existing clients
- To be responsible for all steps of a particular car quotation process, cooperating with client during order-creating procedure, responsible for proper car order and delivery within the frame of internal procedures
- To sell additional products
- To control quality of services
- To control clients satisfaction
- To prepare and submit to clients different reports
- To prepare credit requests
- To prepare appropriate reporting
Qualifications and requirements:
- University Degree – economical or technical
- Min 2 years of sales in relevant domains. Interest in automotive market and associated financial services. Knowledge of (full-service) leasing market would be an advantage
- Acts with integrity, consistently in order to fulfil the tasks and professionalism, shows commitment
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with others and displays respect in the interactions with the colleagues
- Speaks and writes fluently in English language
- Independent, self thinking and working, willing to become an expert
- Proves necessary energy and convincing attitude to achieve targets
- Negotiation skills
- Maintains an open and approachable style of communication
- Is open, honest, reliable, accurate and passionate about the job at hand
- Team player.
