Role purpose
- Be accountable for Excel reports development (Power query); provide periodic and ad hoc reporting to CS&DD management and the team;
- Key holder of master data management process. Be accountable for Customer Master Data process cross-functionally and across current systems and tools; act as a key user, ensure that the requests are processed within the agreed SLA.
- Provide support for SAP ERP landscape to employees of CS&DD. Act as a consultant for SAP operations process and improvement initiatives. Act as a liaison between business and Service
- Provider support team to ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
Responsibilities
Reporting
- Develop and update department reports on daily basis. Search for the right data and right information sources. Analysis of data discrepancies and reporting errors. Continuous improvement of existing reports to address business needs.
MasterPath Originator
- Lead Customer Master data process, and act as a liaison between different functions, systems, and tools in order to ensure sustainable, coherent Customer Master Data.
- Manage Customer Master Data request according to agreed guidelines, and in close collaboration with Customer service, MDM Processor and approvers to ensure that the process is within the agreed SLA.
- Coordinate customer master-data audit preparation and provide all the necessary information to auditors. Prepare ad-hoc SOX reports on MasterPath if requested
- Coordinate customer master data clarification and cleansing decisions with relevant stakeholders;
- Coordinate business inputs to enable the decision-making process on customer change;
- Understand sales territory structure, customer and deliveries’ s specifics
- Prepare and update manuals and organize trainings for the end-users and other originators
SAP Key user
- Provide technical support to Operations key-users and end-users in SAP
- Log bug fix incidents. Provide change requests business justification; ensure most critical requirements implementation, demonstrate continuous improvement behavior
- Support global projects testing, regression testing; act as a country contact in global SAP projects
- Proactively and routinely monitor and identify data integrity and quality issues;
- Track progress of change request development and report back to the business on status on the delivery of features, functionality;
- Communicate system issues/process changes to persons concerned;
- Provide analysis and guidance on existing reports; adjust and customize reports to meet business needs;
- Request SAP access for new users
Critical Knowledge and Skills
- Deep understanding of SAP solution;
- System knowledge of SAP, SFDC, IBP
- English language spoken and written (upper-intermediate level);
- Insistence and patience in interaction with service providers

- Communicates effectively with internal and external
- Effective cooperation with other departments and other stakeholders.
- Engages with the internal key Syngenta business partners on decisions related to customer master data to gain understanding and agreement
- Able to analyse different types of issues and find solution or work around in a short period of time
