Description:
The position of Specialist in Translation and communication, under the General Manager supervision, is a highly specialized role and is primarily responsible for:
- Translating supports in relation with activities of the company
- Developing and implementing a communication in the company
Key responsibilities:
Translating supports in relation with activities of the company: Develop and implement a communication strategy in Company with the General Manger. Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team. Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives. Arrange and coordinate conferences, and plan events. Research and write press releases, and content for the company website, infographics, blogs and newsletters.
Development of communication of the company: Written and oral translation of documents, conferences and business meetings. Draft and translate quickly and write clearly and succinctly avoiding unnecessary jargon. Quick grasp of key issues and effective oral and written communication, accessible to non-native speakers. Translate district proactive and emergency external messages for the employees. Participate in business trips of the specialists and general management of the company. Assist with all duties in corporate affairs division as requested and prepare special projects as needed. Qualifications Required:
- Must well perform in French and English language with minimum 3 years’ experience in professional translation
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in communications development role (essential)
- Highly organized, keen attention to detail and quality of work
- Strong communicator who can establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and with groups or individuals outside the company
- Work independently and as a part of a team to achieve goals
- Pro-active, adaptable, problem solving approach
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and on own initiative
- Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
