Our client - an Italian company selling equipment for water treatment has an opening for Sales Manager (water treatment equipment). Company office and wharehouse locate in Altufievo metro station.
We also consider entry level Sales Specialists with higher techical education.
Job Objective:
- To sell equipment by implementing company sales plan & strategies.
- To meet customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company always competitive and innovative
- To persecute the given budget for the assigned area/s.
Responsibilities:
- To analyse market trends, results, customers feedback and competitions
- To build and promote strong, long-lasting customers relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- To compile and analyse sales figures and propose solutions/reactions
- To create, maintain and improve an adequate level of professional and technical knowledge by attending training & workshop, reviewing publications and establishing personal network
- To develop, maintain and enlarge sales volume, product mix and selling price (according to the given pricing policy)
- To establish and expand company customer-base and ensure company strong presence within the assigned area/s
- To be able to fully report to the Executive Director (Russia) or directly to the Area Manager (Italy)
- To identity emerging/niche markets/opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- To properly serve needs of existing customers and create new businesses through various routes to the market
- To present sales, revenue, customers visits, expenses reports and realistic forecasts
- To prove ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and to stay hardly focused on given sales targets
Skills:
- Ability to communicate and to create relationship. Common sense and team spirit.
- Colloquial English (preferential) or Italian.
