Our client, a multinational manufacturing company, is looking for a HR Generalist
HR Generalist will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Support HR Director with the execution of all HR initiatives;
- Support the development, communication and implementation of various human resources initiatives including performance management, compensation, target setting and career development;
- Assist in talent acquisition, conduct the recruitment/selection process; conduct exit interview as required;
- Conduct employee onboarding and organize training & development initiatives. Prepare paperwork, schedules, coordinate with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience;
- Support Talent Management strategies to include workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer and high-potential development;
- Actively participate in Career Development/Succession Management processes to provide talent generation and Leadership pipeline;
- Promote T&D initiatives in order to improve the capabilities, knowledge and skills critical to effective performance and leadership;
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics;
- Support with HR budget preparation (monthly, annual);
- Maintain and manage C&B policies and practices; participation in an annual salary surveys; collect and analyze data on staffing levels, budgets and salary information;
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience working in in a multinational organization as an HR Generalist
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including: recruitment, C&B, employee relations, diversity, performance management, T&D, labor law
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to influence management with high level of professionalism
- Enthusiastic in HR field
- Fluency in English is a must
