HS Ad in-house advertising agency of a global top home appliance brand with global network is recruiting Digital Account Manager to lead the business in its next phase of growth. The Digital Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing and measuring digital marketing activities for the client, a leading home appliance brand. This includes all digital aspects of joint program development, branding campaigns, promotions, media and production.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, Execute, and Monitor Digital Activities
- Work closely with the client digital marketing team and support brand development and promotional activities.
- Develop and execute annual and seasonal digital activities for entire line-up of home appliances products.
- Develop campaign strategy, KPI, budget allocation, media approach, timings, weekly reports, post campaign reports etc.
- Organize tender competition and select best options for execution project based on the requests.
- Support client in any questions in digital area, conduct meetings and propose new business extension.
- Manage and evaluate 3rd parties execution and performance.
- Lead digital campaigns and hold responsibility for budget and KPI performance.
- Provide activities reports, analyze KPI, ROI, overall performance on all executed activities.
2. Manage Digital Activities
- Plan and manage digital contents delivery to the client, providing all necessary information, digital assets, and material requested by the client.
- Manage requests by the specific channels, products, tasks, working closely with internal team and client’s teams and the headquarters.
- Identify opportunities in improving the current digital performance and provide recommendation to the client.
- Improve exposure of the client’s brand and products in online, through any digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze competitive activities in digital and report to client.
Qualification & Experience
- From 5 years of experience in digital channel marketing and working with national/regional brands
- Strong understanding of the digital channels for the electronics industry, digital marketing, project management, accounting.
- Agency work experience
- Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with teams and clients
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SN, SEM, Media, digital production, Google Analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills
- Proactive to identify opportunities and issues, and embraces accountability
- Ability to multitask, manage, prioritize and produce results quickly and keen to learn
- Good business level of English communication
