As a Junior Account Manager you will be working withe clients in Russia and CIS countries.
Your job responsibilities:
- Managing clients relations exceptional customer care ensuring high quality service
- Managing clients documents flow (invoices, contracts, etc), working with statistics, payments, etc.
- Keeping up to date client info - contacts, contracts, etc.
More about you: - 1-3 years of professional experience in customer care / operational support of b2b clients
- English - intermediate or higher
- Good communication skills
- Excellent command of MS Office suite, especially MS Excel
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a systematic approach to problems
- Self-organized, accurate, ready to work with a high volume of documents
