E-COMMERCE KAM
Our client is a famous international company.
Responsibilities:
- Operational E-commerce management;
- Federal delivery service and customer service management;
- Hosting and platform management;
- Tech support controlling;
- Marketing perfomance analyses;
- Timely acquisition and analysis of the sell-out data;
- Preparation and analysis of the data for negotiations
- Ensuring the presence corresponding to the customer type product mix by brand, assortment matrix managment in all custoer's points of sales;
- Monitoring of competitors' activities in points of sales;
- Support and development of relations with the customers;
- Annual negotiations with assigned clients on commercial conditions.
Requirements:
- 1+ years e-commerce experience
- Good at client management and negotiation
- Digital-first and Data-first mindset
- English - Intermediate
