Key function:
Achievement of dealer’s retail sales volume in selected region through control of dealer’s sales activities and accurate sales planning.
Main responsibilities
- Close communication with dealer and customers: regular meetings and visits (>30% of time)
- Dealer sales activities monitoring
- Dealers’ sales planning & inventory control
- Dealer’s follow up for KPI achievement
- Business development in the region through new ideas/proactive proposals
- Know and regular update status of key customers/deals in the region
- Total support of dealer’s sales process: deal’s implementation support, product/specification advising/ delivery time calculation.
- Provide and organize necessary trainings for dealer’s salesmen in the region
- Education of dealer by providing of company’s brand value, policies and processes
- Best practice collection and sharing
- Organization of meetings and business trips including all preparation for expats.
- Cooperating with all departments of Company inside and outside Russia
- Regular reporting to team leader and Company’s head of sales.
Personal qualification and experience
- Higher education (technical or economy are preferable)
- English – upper-intermediate
- 3-5 years’ experience is similar area (construction equipment business will be an advantage)
- Purposeful and team player
- MS office advance skills
- Readiness for business trips
Compensation package includes:
Monthly salary - gross 100 000,00 rub.
Indexation of wages, bonus payment are performed in accordance with the Labor Payment Regulations of the Company.
Meal compensation - gross 4 830,00 rub.
Transportation compensation – actual cost of transportation home – office – home.
Corporate mobile communication – company SIM card will be provided from first working day.
Compensation for mobile phone purchase gross 5 000,00 rub – will be provided after trial period.
Life and health insurance during business trips.
Medical insurance – will be provided after trial period.
Working hours for this position:
Five day working week with 40 working hours and two days off (Saturday and Sunday).
The working day should last 8 hours.
The work start is at 8:30, work end is at 17:30.
Time for rest and food is 1 hour (12:30 through 13:30).
Company complies with all national holidays established by legislation of Russian Federation.
Annual paid vacation of twenty-eight (28) calendar days.
