Responsibilities:
- Market and competitor’s analysis;
- Searching for potential candidates for the dealer network and conducting negotiations;
- Tender preparation and execution;
- Conducting technical audits;
- Preparation for the new dealer opening;
- Dealer performance analysis, preparing improvement plans and performing follow-up activities.
Main Requirements:
- High education;
- Experience in automotive industry not less than 3 years;
- Excellent knowledge of automotive Russian market and industry, as well as main competitors and dealer groups;
- Good understanding of internal processes and standards within the dealer network;
- Fluent English (Upper-intermediate level or higher);
- Advanced PC user (Excel, Power Point);
- Excellent negotiation skills, analytical thinking, accuracy, excellent presentation skills, as well as skills of business communication, stress resistance, high self-motivation.
