Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive GTM strategy that delivers a fully-defined product, distribution and activation strategy to drive effective implementation;
- Support the introduction and establishment of new franchises to gain traction for future growth;
- Enable the creation team to get closer to markets: Informed and validated by market inputs with flexibility built in to address local needs;
- Deliver a fully-defined product, distribution and activation strategy to drive effective implementation that elevates the brand and drives commercial scale;
- Omni-Channel brand roll-out calendar: BU-specific briefing packs to help inform calendar planning;
- Based on Market inputs gathered from GTM Manager and informed by Brand and Channel teams including: Ideal story timing and prioritization for Category Enhanced across the season, Xcategory prioritization across the season, Channel requirements to inform segmentation/differentiation needs, Brand&commercial moment priorities and insights;
- Drive&ensure category business&brand success through the development&execution of an optimal Go-To-Market (GTM) plan, within the strategic (commercial&marketing) framework set by GM, Directors Strategy and Creative and market inputs.
Requirements:
- Pro-active (engaging&impact oriented) mindset, ability to think end-to-end;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures;
- Business mindset: good numerical and analytical skills, experience in finance;
- High influencing skills and ability to make fact-based decisions;
- Good communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills (small and large groups) especially when interacting with different levels of business;
- Manager with advanced cross functional marketing knowledge and market experience in sport and/or fashion/lifestyle categories;
- Consumer-focused with deep product and range understanding with an excellent understanding of balancing brand and commercial aspects to build channel specific GTM solutions;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Passionate about sports, preferably competitor specific knowledge of the sport;
- Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Marketing and/or Sales/Retail Operations;
- International mind-set, ideally study abroad;
- English level from Upper-Intermediate;
- Great Power Point and Excel skills.
