The main goal of this position is to achieve growth and hitting annual sales targets by successfully managing the sales forces for Flooring Divisions in Russia.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of sales teams in the assigned territories
- Budget preparation and responsibility of the implementation of established budget
- Setting targets for the sales representatives on basis of the sale budget
- Acquiring new customers and preparing / approving price offers
- Visiting key customers, participating in negotiations
- Ensuring quality service and support for each customer
- Responsibility for turnover, margin profit, and product prices of the sales direction
- Constantly analyzing market, monitoring competition activities (prices, products, news, promotional campaigns) and preparing strategical actions
- Taking actions to prevent loss of customers
- Ensuring on time activities of the team (preparation of commercial offers to clients, customer visits, preparation of reports etc.)
- Taking active role in preparation of responses to incoming claims and complaints
- Organizing and participation in trade fairs, and promotional campaigns
- Organizing, supervising and analyzing subordinates works and actions
Requirements: - University degree
- Previous experience in the industry is a must
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience and proven work records in sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing sales forces
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, advanced level of English
- Solid understanding of business concepts & dynamics for large national and international corporations
- Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives; manage and control sales pipelines, funnel and sales processes, sales reporting
- Outstanding management, scheduling and research skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for frequent business trips
