Responsibilities:
- Supply chain management: preparing of logistic plans and forecasts, costs calculation, budgeting.
- Purchasing management: drafting of purchasing, control of suppliers’ search, analysis of contracts.
- Participation in production’s planning, development and introduction of measures for production cycle decrease and cost optimization.
- Inventory management: production plans’ analysis, planning of supplies need for continuous production, coordination of inventories.
- Warehouse activities: determine of types and sizes of warehouses, types of necessary equipment and its calculation, process optimization for products and resources movement within factory, development of different instructions for inventory control.
- Transportation management: determine of freight carriers (the most effective), organization of transportation technological process, workflow, quality analysis of transportation.
- Coordination of custom clearance: determine of customs clearance points (domestic customs or on the boarder), searching for preferential customs clearance, customs fees.
- Staff management: participation in recruitment and adaptation of new employees, planning of their trainings.
- Working in Vologda.
