IT is to create a Global IT Service Management Office (SMO) as single point of co-ordination for IT service delivery, working with all IT teams to ensure that appropriate performance metrics are in place and using these metrics to assist IT management in driving performance improvement.
The SMO will also be the consolidation point for customer satisfaction feedback (via the IT Account Management process) and will be the central source of IT service reporting back to the business. With a greater set of focused metrics available, IT will be able to provide richer reporting to the business on service performance, allowing IT to better demonstrate where it is performing well and providing justification when investment is required to enhance or expand service delivery.
Role: To develop and provide ongoing global support for Global IT SMO processes.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of SMO BAU processes
- Development and maintenance of automated KPI reporting
- Creation of centralised SMO portal for reporting purposes
- Monitoring of KPI collation
- Supporting IT teams in problem identification based on KPI feedback
- Management Reporting Administration
- Monthly Service Delivery Reporting
- Annual Service Level Agreement (SLA) Reviews
- Annual Outsourcing Reviews Coordination
- Travel to London to train and develop technical skills to develop centralised SMO portal
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Information Technology department of Financial industry
- 2+ years of Business or Technical Analysis. Projects involved bespoke software design and development, extensive business analysis, system integration, deployment, application support and Business Process Analysis
- Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft Service Manager Console (SCSM), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Mendix
- Experience of analysing and presenting data in any tool would prove useful to assist in providing understanding and best methods for designing, creating and developing the portal.
Other requirements:
- Experienced as Technical/Business Analyst
- Enthusiastic about understanding and exploring data and designing routes for its presentation
- Understanding of IT service delivery and service level agreements (SLA)
- Experience working with multi-national teams is essential
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Extensive computer skills
- Fluent English
- Team player willing to share skills and experience with peers and subordinates
