We are currently looking for an Architect with a portfolio of projects in retail development. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a well established and market leading team, which manages transactions and real estate consulting projects for Fortune 500 and major Russian corporations.
Your responsibilities will include
- Shopping Mall concept development
- Searching for new business opportunities, attracting new clients across Retail
- Develop recommendations on design and architecture, supervision of architects’ work, holding tenders, supervision at construction stage;
- Managing clients at all stages: pitching, project stage, finalizing works, further communication;
Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Have previous management experience
- Have experience producing Design Architecture and infrustracture for retail malls
- Experience in concept development and master planning: from land plot to detailed floor layout
- Proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques and concepts
- Proficiency in Auto Cad and Sketch-up
- Be a self starter, motivated and is proactive in management of the process
- Solid time management skills
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
