Overview

SCA is currently searching for recent graduates in Business Administration or similar fields to start in fall 2017. Selected candidates will participate in SCA’s two-year Graduate On-boarding Program within the organization.
We are currently offering a Sales Graduate Program within our Business Unit AfH Professional Hygiene. Our Tork brand has become a global market leader through expertise in hygiene, functional design and sustainability. With sales in 100 countries, the Tork brand offers professional hygiene products solutions and services to customers ranging from restaurants and healthcare facilities, to schools and industries.
If you are interested in gaining work experience and entering the field of Sales/ E-commerce, then this GO! Program will help you build a strong understanding of how the B2B market works and what skills you will need to develop in order to grow and evolve.
Responsibilities
- During the 24-month GO! Program you will have the opportunity to work in some of our key markets
- From the start, you will have your own responsible area, where you will accelerate your learning daily
- You will work along-side with some of our specialists in Sales, looking over their shoulder and getting deep insights as well as learning from their experiences.
- You will also have a chance to have experience in E-commerce selling, take part in implementation a Strategy to become digital.
- Your Line Manager and a dedicated mentor will coach you during the entire program and provide you best guidance
- Our Go Graduate training modules and functional skill trainings will provide you with the theoretical background needed to boost your development in sales.
- And most importantly, you will actively participate in SCA’s team environment!

What are we looking for?
- Work experience is not required, but relevant internships are an advantage
- Having obtained a Univirsity Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, achieved no later than 18 months ago will be a prerequisite
- Your level of English and Russian, needs to be fluent
- We expect you to be keen on word of digital
- Finally, availability for traveling may be required for the SCA GO! Program
- Last but not least, we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and curious candidates who demonstrate the ability to be good team-players that can contribute to our ongoing success
