We are looking for a Growth Manager to secure a leading market position in assets tokenization and crypto trading.
Responsibilities:

Grow users of LATOKEN platform 100x via referral, co-marketing, airdrops, SEO, advertising etc.

Identify and scale performing user acquisition channels by analysis of conversions, retention, and LTV for different channels using analytics

Design and constantly improve user acquisition campaigns
-
Make the growth KPIs real-time transparent and well-analyzed on a weekly basis
- Structure and supervise the marketing activities of the company
Build automated lead generation funnels - Onboard and manage contractors (SMM, designers, paid ads, CPA)
- Develop funnel analytics
- Manage marketing campaigns and target audiences at Google ads and Facebook
- Attract active traders and increase retention via retargeting to our platform
- Supervise and manage targeting and retargeting campaigns on Facebook, AdWords, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- ROMI/CPA per channel/audience
- Influencer marketing, SMM, SEO
- Automated email/messenger/WhatsApp/telegram sequences and funnels
- Incentives mechanisms for referral and retention growth
- Magnify Tier 1 publications and top content reach
- Initiate new channels such as streaming analysts reports on the market sentiment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior marketing manager or project manager interested in the user growth experience
- Experience in management of advertising campaigns using one or more of the following: Facebook, Google AdWords, YouTube, Instagram; myTarget, Яндекс.Директ, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ad
- Understanding of the principles of SERM
- Experience with analytical tools (Яндекс.Метрика, Google Analytics) is a must
- Experience in product analytics
