As our Account development manager in Moscow, you’ll be vital to the continued expansion of our business around the world, you’ll work with a fantastic international team in the A-class office, and you’ll be rewarded for excellence.
Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to the success of a portfolio of high-value global clients

Onboard new clients from the point of signing and ensuring smooth integration of our products

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
-
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
-
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements:
-
Proven track record of successful sales and target (over)achievement
-
Farmer mentality, with hunter instincts
-
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
-
Good understanding of digital agency business and SaaS
-
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
-
Solid experience with CRM and task tracking software (amoCRM, Asana or similar) and MS Office
-
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
-
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
You speak fluent English
